We are big on compliance. PEC always obtains and holds the necessary permits and required licenses to operate. Our team works closely with those who issue licenses and approves permits within state and local government.

Each person affiliated with PEC also carries appropriate permits and training to pour alcohol, ensuring that the patrons of the festival can focus on having fun. PEC will also comply with the pertinent laws pertaining to the sale of all beverages and pay all state & local taxes on beverage sales.
